Answer (1 of 3): I'm a MtF crossdresser too and I have bras with both a 38 band and a 40 band. If you're typically a 38 band, a 40 band should still work for you, just hook it in the first eyes and you should be OK. If you want to keep the same cup size, I'd recommend that you try a 40B. There"s
